The district of Dongnae has announced that construction of baseball-themed streets around Sajik Stadium will be built.

The project was selected as one of the city’s walking street projects which will cost about 1 billion won.

The 166,000㎡ project on the streets across from the main entrance of Sajik Stadium will have about 20 baseball-related sculptures and four plazas for people to rest and about 500 LED landscape lights to revitalize the area.

Construction is set to begin in September.
