The Busan Children’s Grand Park Water Playground will officially open for the summer season on July 17, with a two-day preview opening scheduled for July 11 and 12.
The water playground will operate daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and remain open through the summer, closing every Monday for maintenance.
This year, the park is introducing a new luggage assistance service to make visits more convenient for families. On weekends, visitors will also be able to use a bike-assisted baggage transport service and rent carts to help carry their belongings around the park.
Once regular operations begin, trained safety personnel who have completed CPR and emergency response training will be stationed throughout the facility to help ensure visitor safety.
The park’s popular ground fountain, which was previously open only on weekends and public holidays, will also expand its schedule this year.
It will now operate Tuesday through Sunday, offering six days of water play each week during the summer season.
