The 2026 Seven Bridges Tour: Riding in Busan will bring 4,000 cyclists to roads and bridges across the city on September 20.
The noncompetitive cycling event features a 77-kilometer course connecting four major sea bridges, two underpasses and one tunnel. Riders will start at BEXCO before crossing Gwangan Bridge and continuing through the Sinseondae Underpass, Busan Harbor Bridge, Namhang Bridge, Cheonma Tunnel and Eulsukdo Bridge before turning back toward BEXCO.
One of the course highlights is the elevated spiral ramp on Busan Harbor Bridge, normally inaccessible to cyclists. Rest areas and a timed section will be available along the route, while finish-line activities will include medal engraving, photo zones and local food.
The event will also include Good Morning Bridge Walking, allowing 1,000 preregistered participants to walk across the upper deck of Gwangan Bridge after the cyclists depart.
A separate Seven Bridges Festival featuring wellness activities will take place at Yongho Starlight Park.
More than 1,000 safety and security personnel will be deployed along the route, along with medical teams and 15 ambulances.
Full or partial road closures will be in effect along the course, with roads reopening in stages after cyclists pass and safety inspections are completed.
Traffic restrictions and additional event information are available through the Seven Bridges Tour website.
