Busan is set to see a sharp drop in temperatures beginning today, as a cold wave moves in and brings cold temperatures to the city.

Colder air from the north arrived overnight, pushing Busan’s morning temperatures down to around -3°C today.

The cold will continue through the week, with Busan expected to get even colder by Thursday, when morning temperatures could fall to -7°C.

Forecasters also warn that strong winds may make it feel even colder than the actual temperature, especially during early mornings and evenings.

Residents are advised to bundle up, take extra care when commuting, and prepare for several days of winter-level cold.
