Changwon has opened nine public water playgrounds across the city, providing free places for families to cool off during the summer months.
The seasonal facilities will operate through August 23, a total of 52 days, with the city implementing a management plan focused on safety and water quality.
All water playgrounds will close every Monday for routine maintenance and water quality inspections.
Operations will also be suspended during rainy weather to reduce the risk of accidents.
The nine playgrounds are located in major parks throughout Changwon, giving residents convenient access to outdoor recreation close to home.
Each site has been designed to complement the surrounding park environment, offering a place for children and families to enjoy the summer while remaining within the city.
Detailed information, including locations and operating hours for each water playground, is available on the Changwon City website.
