The Chemical Brothers headline this year's Busan International Rock Festival July 27-28

The Busan International Rock Festival have announced their first line-up of the 20th edition of the festival set for July 27-28 at Samnak Ecological Park.

Five-time Grammy winners, The Chemical Brothers, headline this year’s first line-up of artists, which were announced Monday.

Courtney Barnett is joined by Thailand’s Paper Planes, and Japan’s White Cats as the first four foreign acts to be confirmed for this year’s festival.

According to their press release, Jannabi, who have recently taken over the Korean charts with their brand of energetic rock and reputation as an amazing live act are joined by local Nu Metal legends Pia for what will be one of their last ever shows before they call it a day.

Also on the lineup are ADOY, who have been busy expanding their ever passionate fan base across Asia and the rest of the world.

Finally, local Busan favorites Claudian complete the eight-act 1st lineup announcement.

The second and third line-ups will be released in the coming weeks.

Tickets have been announced at 88,000 won for a two-day pass and are available from today at 2 p.m. on the festival’s website.
