With warmer spring weather arriving, bright yellow daffodils are beginning to bloom at Igidae Park and Hwangnyeongsan Ecological Forest, two of the most popular spring destinations in Nam-gu District.

At Igidae Park’s Daffodil Hill, located near the end of the coastal trail overlooking Oryukdo Island, about 110,000 daffodils bloom each year, creating a striking landscape that blends with the surrounding ocean scenery. The area has become a favorite spot for residents and visitors looking to enjoy early spring along the coast.

Another popular viewing area is the Hwangnyeongsan Ecological Forest, where approximately 50,000 daffodils were planted last year. The site offers a peaceful setting where visitors can enjoy the seasonal flowers while walking along forest trails.

The majority of flowers are expected to begin blooming in mid-March and reach their peak by mid-April.
