Busan’s department stores are launching a range of promotions and visitor services ahead of the BTS World Tour Arirang in Busan concerts on June 12 and 13, as the city prepares for an influx of domestic and international visitors.

Shinsegae Department Store Centum City is operating an official BTS pop-up store from June 5 to 14 in partnership with HYBE. The event includes a merchandise shop and an interactive experience zone, with exclusive Busan-themed items available alongside official BTS products. Entry to the merchandise area is available by reservation only.

Lotte Department Store is coordinating promotions across its Busan Main Branch, Gwangbok Branch, Dongnae Branch, and Lotte Mall Dong Busan.

The company will operate a purple-wrapped shuttle bus connecting Gimhae International Airport and Seomyeon from June 11 to 14, with additional services linking Seomyeon and Busan Asiad Main Stadium on concert days.

Lotte has also introduced a new global membership program offering discount benefits for international visitors. Additional promotions include K-beauty and fashion pop-ups, K-goods showcases, food festivals, and cultural performances.

At Lotte Department Store Gwangbok Branch, a newly opened Global Service Room provides interpretation, currency exchange, tax refund processing, and luggage storage services for foreign shoppers.

The Dongnae branch has expanded its K-beauty offerings through a partnership with Olive Young and is featuring local brands and food vendors.

Lotte Mall Dong Busan is offering promotional gifts and food discounts for eligible customers, while hosting a series of cultural performances throughout the concert period.
