Dream Forest Arts Center in Seoul is rolling out a diverse winter program that stretches beyond the usual holiday carols, presenting classical works, live band concerts, and film music performances throughout December.

The season begins on December 13 with the final installment of the center’s “Forest Fairy Tale” classical series: a two-pianist interpretation of Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker. The piece is reimagined for an intimate chamber format, with video and four-hand piano arrangements designed to make the music accessible for audiences of all ages.

On December 20, the spotlight turns to contemporary sound with the Dream Forest Band Concert, featuring R&B group From All to Human and synth-pop trio May Oil. Both bands will bring a winter-themed setlist, expanding the center’s appeal to younger listeners through a more casual, live-club atmosphere.

The holiday lineup concludes on December 24 and 25 with Gift, a Christmas concert blending classical pieces, jazz standards, film scores, and seasonal favorites. Performances include an eight-cello ensemble, a clarinet jazz quartet, and a mixed ensemble with Ghibli and holiday arrangements.

Alongside the three programs, the venue will offer local discounts to encourage accessibility for more residents during the holiday season.
