Introduction: 
The Mindungsan Eulalia Festival takes place in the Mindungsan Mountain area. Some of the events held include weekend mountain climbing, talent contests, Arirang singing contests, eulalia music concerts, a Mindungsan Gate ball competition and eulalia photo exhibition. Hands-on programs at the festival include a local food program, post card sending, mountain horseback riding and much more!

Anmyeondo Beach Shrimp Festival

Location: Baeksajang Port, Changgi-ri, Anmyeon-eup, Taean-gun
Introduction: 
Anmyeondo Beach Shrimp Festival is held in Anmyeondo Port, an area home to wild tiger prawns. Tourists and residents can enjoy various programs like the opening ceremony, celebrating performance, fireworks, and hands-on programs including shrimp-catching, mudflat exploration, and tourists’ talent contests as well.

Icheon Rice Cultural Festival

Location: Seolbong Park (설봉공원) area
Introduction: 
Icheon is famous for producing the best rice in Korea. In fact Icheon rice is so good that it used to be served to the kings of Korea in the past, and is still highly thought of today. The Icheon Rice Culture Festival celebrates its famous rice and also the local agricultural practices. 
Major events of the festival include a reenactment of the parade that transported rice to Hanseong (the old name for Seoul) for presentation to the king, and the huge rice cauldron that is capable of feeding thousands of people.Transportation:

7080 Chungjang Recollection Festival

Location: The Asian Culture Complex, Chungjang-ro, Geumnam-ro, and ‘Art Street’ in downtown Gwangju
Introduction: 
Held every October, the 7080 Chungjang Recollection Festival is one of Gwangju’s most representative festivals. The festival theme is Korea in the 1970s and 80s and creates a nostalgic atmosphere with various performances, exhibitions, and hands-on programs.

Nonsan Ganggyeong Salted Seafood Festival

Introduction: 
Nonsan Ganggyeong Salted Seafood Festival is known for its freshest and finest quality, which is made with recipes handed down from from generation to generation, retaining the unique, authentic taste of salted fermented fish. 
All the ingredients are imported directly and prepared in modern facilities. Today, the market accounts for half of the nation’s total sales of salted seafood.
The festival was selected as one of the ten Outstanding Festivals in Korea, and originally started off in an effort to boost local economy and enhance the fish market merchants’ incomes in 1997 when the IMF financial crisis hit the nation. Salted fish merchants made the festival in a large-scale, getting bigger and better each year. 
Especially since 2007, the festival has changed its official title to Ganggyeong Fermented Seafood Festival. The festival has in the spotlight and has now established itself as a healthy fermented food item in the world food market, breaking away from the notion of being simply salted, preserved food.

Walk southwest along Gyebaek-ro (계백로) for about 280 m. Turn right onto Daeheung-ro (대흥로).
Walk about 450 m northwest and turn left onto Geumbaek-ro (금백로)
Walk about 170 more meters to find the Ganggyeong Salted Seafood Pavilion on your right.
From Ganggyeong train station 
Go straight out of the station (northwest) along Daeheung-ro (대흥로) (about 600 m). 
Turn left onto Geumbaek-ro (금백로) and walk for about 170 m to find the Ganggyeong Salted Seafood Pavilion on your right.

Korea Hot Spring Festival

Location: Front field of Hotel Nongshim, road in front of Hurshimchung, Oncheonjang Station (underground space)
Introduction: 
Korea Hot Spring Festival is held by Ministry of the Interior and Safety to activate the hot spring industry. It offers various performance and experience programs for visitors to heal their body and mind and get their energy back while enjoying the festival.
Transportation:  
1. From Seoul Station or Yongsan Station, take a train (KTX) bound for Cheonan-Asan Station. (Travel time: about 36 minutes)
Transfer to the subway or the train to Onyangoncheon Station.
2. From Yongsan Station (Janghang Line), take the train bound for Onyangoncheon Station (Runs 05:05-21:00, Intervals: 30 minutes, Travel time: about 1 hour and 30 minutes)
3. Onyangoncheon Station (Seoul Subway Line 1)
- The festival will take place at sites around the station.

Seoul International Dance Festival

Introduction: 
SIDance (Seoul International Dance Festival) is a regular international festival, hosted by Seoul Section of CID-UNESCO(president: LEE Jong-Ho). Ever since it was first held in year 1998, it has now reached its 20th anniversary in 2017. It is made through close tie and collaboration with government organs such as Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Seoul city, and Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture, as well as foreign governments and embassy of each country stationed in Korea. After elected as the executive director AAPAF(Association of Asian Performing Arts Festival) in 2004 and as co-president in 2006, it now represents Korean art scene, positioning as a representative performance art festival in Asia. By doing so, SIDance aims to foster exchange between dancers and performances, organizes co-production and tour and performs perfectly as a leading entity of cultural exchange. Moreover, by collaborating with international performance art festivals, such as Mexico Festival International Cervantino, France Festival Montpellier Dance, Singapore Arts Festival, etc., it is also taking the role of spreading out the excellence of Korean performance art throughout the world.

From Dong Seoul Bus Terminal, take an intercity bus heading to Jeungsan (travel time: 4hr 20min / departs at 18:01).
From the bus stop, follow Mureung1-ro Street (무릉1로) for about 1.5km (or take a cab) to reach Jeungsan Elementary School (증산초등학교) where the trail going up to the mountain starts.

Korea Sales FESTA

Gwangju World Kimchi Festival

Introduction:
Gwangju International Kimchi Festival is held to promote one of the famous locally produced specialties, Kimchi. The nation’s singular Kimchi themed 
park, Gwangju Kimchi Town is the venue for diverse kimchi-related programs like cooking experience, art gallery, kimchi market, and
other entertaining events. Also, the Presidential Prize will be awarded for the ‘Kimchi Master Competition’ held along with various hands-on programs.
Participants can take home kimchi that they made themselves at the festival.

Chuncheon Lake Starlight Nation Festival

Introduction:
To commemorate ten million visitors to Chuncheon since the beginning of operations on the Gyeongchun Line, Chuncheon Lake Starlight Nation
Festival will be held in the area of Chuncheon MBC Building and M Square from June to December for all tourists to enjoy.

- Take Bus No. 8 and get off at Gongjicheon Sageori (four-way intersection) Bus Stop (about 10 minutes).

Aiins World, the world’s best miniature theme park is hosting the second season of ‘World Nightview Fantasy Lighting Festival’.
