The 41st Haeundae Dalmaji Hot Spring Festival will take place on March 3 from 4 p.m. to 7:20 p.m. at Haeundae Beach, celebrating the first full moon of the lunar year with traditional rituals and performances.

The festival program includes an official ceremony, a full-moon wish ritual, the symbolic burning of a large moon house structure and a Ganggangsullae folk dance performance. The moon is scheduled to rise at 6:11 p.m., adding a special highlight to the evening festivities.

Visitors can also participate in a wish-writing event, which runs from March 1 through 4 p.m. on March 3, allowing attendees to send their hopes into the night sky as part of the traditional celebration.

The annual festival blends local hot spring heritage with Jeongwol Daeboreum customs, offering residents and visitors a chance to welcome the spring season along the shores of Haeundae.
