Seoul’s nighttime skyline will once again light up this spring as the 2026 Han River Drone Light Show kicks off on April 10, with a series of five performances running through June 5.
The shows will take place across Yeouido, Ttukseom, and Jamsil Hangang Parks and are part of the city’s broader Seoul Spring Festival, combining drone displays with live performances, interactive programs, and on-site activities.
Performance Schedule
April 10 (Friday) – Yeouido Hangang Park
April 25 (Saturday) – Ttukseom Hangang Park
May 5 (Tuesday, Children’s Day) – Jamsil Hangang Park
May 16 (Saturday) – Ttukseom Hangang Park
June 5 (Friday) – Ttukseom Hangang Park
Among them, the Children’s Day performance on May 5 is expected to be the highlight, featuring a large-scale drone display using 2,000 drones, along with a special Star Wars-themed collaboration event.
The opening show on April 10 at Yeouido will feature the theme “BT21 in Seoul,” showcasing the popular character brand created by BTS and LINE FRIENDS. Additional performances will include character-themed drone displays and seasonal concepts, offering a variety of visual experiences throughout the series.
Each show will begin at 8:30 p.m. and run for approximately 15 minutes, followed by a 10-minute mini drone show using 300 drones. Cultural performances and entertainment programs will also take place before and after the main event, creating a full evening experience for visitors.
All performances are free to attend and can be viewed from areas around the parks along the Han River. However, schedules may change depending on weather conditions, and large crowds are expected, with the city advising visitors to use public transportation.
Having attracted around 280,000 spectators last year, the Han River Drone Light Show continues to grow as one of Seoul’s signature nighttime attractions and a key draw for both locals and tourists.
