The 16th Holi Hai Festival, inspired by India’s traditional spring celebration, will take place on March 8 at Sunshine Miryang Theme Park, a key wellness tourism destination in Miryang.

Hosted by the Indian Community in Korea and organized this year by the Miryang Yoga Culture Town, the Holi Hai Festival has been held annually since 2011. Now in its 16th edition, the event continues to grow as one of Korea’s most vibrant multicultural celebrations.

Visitors who pre-register by February 28 through the official Holi Hai website can enjoy a 50 percent discount, paying just 10,000 won instead of the 20,000 won on-site fee.

Paid participants will receive four types of natural color powder, essential to the Holi experience, along with a traditional Indian hat. Admission is free for children and teenagers aged 16 and under, making the festival especially appealing for families.

The highlight of the day, the Holi Color Session, runs from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., when participants dance to high-energy DJ sets while tossing clouds of colorful powder into the air, creating a shared moment of release and celebration.

Leading up to the main event, visitors can enjoy a range of cultural programs starting at 10 a.m., including authentic Indian yoga sessions, traditional Indian food tastings, and hands-on cultural experiences offering a full sensory introduction to Indian culture in the heart of southern Korea.
