The Jamsil Park Golf Course in Seoul will reopen on April 1 after its winter closure, with reservations for April play beginning on March 15 through the city’s public reservation system.

Operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, the course at the Jamsil Sports Complex in Songpa-gu will run through June 30, although the schedule may be extended depending on the progress of the ongoing southeastern Seoul development project.

Since opening in 2013, the course has become a popular recreational space, attracting an average of about 30,000 visitors annually.

The facility features a 513-meter course with nine holes of varying difficulty, designed to be accessible for players of all ages, including children, seniors and people with disabilities.

The landscaped grounds include more than 40 mature zelkova trees, along with seasonal flowers such as dogwoods, cherry blossoms, tulips and Korean bleeding hearts. Rest areas and light exercise equipment are also available.

The course is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., except on Mondays and during rainy weather. Fees for a two-hour session are 4,000 won for adults, 3,000 won for teenagers and 2,000 won for children on weekdays, with weekend rates 30% higher. Equipment rentals are available for 1,000 won.

Reservations can be made on the 15th of each month at 1:30 p.m. through Seoul’s public service reservation website for the following month’s play. Each person may book up to two sessions per month.
