Korea Kids' Corner: Dinosaur fun at Anmyondo Jurassic Museum

For a rawr-ing good time, make plans for a fun trip to the Anmyeodo Jurassic Museum. This natural history museum is about a 1.5-hour drive from Camp Humphreys and is home to a large collection of dinosaur fossils found in Korea.

Spend the day learning about dinosaurs through the museum’s large displays inside and enjoying the dinosaur-themed play areas in the museum garden.

An-Myeon-Do Island, where the museum is located, is on the western coast of the Peninsula and is famous for mud flats. The island is popular destination for families and has many activities for a fun day trip. Check it out!

Location: Shinonri 641-3 (Taean-gun, Chungcheongnam-do)
Hours: 9:30 a.m. - 5:30p.m. (Tue-Sun)
Ticket: Adults 15,000 won / Teenagers 13,000 won / children 11,000 won
