Namhae County is operating a tourism promotion pop-up zone at Gimhae Airport, sharing the message, “Warm winter, the season of healing begins in Namhae.”
The installation opened on the first floor of the domestic terminal and remains in place through January.
The 3m x 2m zone features doll sculptures of Namhae’s signature characters, Haerangi and Haesuni, creating a photo-friendly spot that immediately draws travelers’ attention.
A large backdrop showcases Namhae’s blue sea, natural scenery, and major attractions, offering visitors a quick visual tour of the region.
The space uses warm, sensory visuals including sea views, healing themes, and winter travel imagery to help airport visitors instantly feel the atmosphere of Namhae.
It also serves as both a small rest area and a promotional booth where travelers can pause briefly.
As part of Namhae’s “visiting tourism promotion” project, the pop-up naturally reaches travelers from many regions and age groups, helping raise overall awareness of Namhae’s tourism appeal.
