Pokémon Mega Festa brings summer-themed events to Busan

Pokémon fans will have plenty to explore this summer as Pokémon Mega Festa 2026 in Busan: “Relaxing Vacation” takes over subway stations and attractions across the city from July 17 to August 9.
The citywide event will transform five Busan Metro stations: Busan Station, Beomnaegol, Jeonpo, Gwangalli, and Centum City into Pokémon-themed destinations featuring interactive activities and special installations.
Visitors can enjoy themed photo zones, a stamp rally, limited-edition QR transit tickets, Pokémon-themed subway trains and buses, a pop-up store, drone shows, and a variety of family-friendly activities throughout the festival.
Additional highlights include a Pokémon Card Game Battle Tournament at BEXCO on August 1, along with themed displays and events at several locations around the city.
Limited-edition QR subway tickets and themed train services will be available from July 10 through August 9.
The event is part of Pokémon Mega Festa 2026 and encourages visitors to explore Busan while taking part in Pokémon-themed experiences throughout the city’s public transportation network and major attractions.
