The opening of the 3rd Seopirang Ginkgo Road Festival will take place on November 29th in Myeongjeong-dong, Tongyeong.

The festival aims to revitalize the Seopirang commercial district by showcasing the area’s signature autumn scenery, attracting visitors, and supporting the local economy.

This year’s festival will highlight Seopirang’s small businesses, feature food booths run by local community groups, and offer art-market experiences and participatory event programs.

Residents will take an active role in shaping the celebration, presenting community performances and hosting traditional games and hands-on art activities tailored for families.

The event is designed as a multifaceted cultural space that blends performance, exhibitions, and interactive experiences.

To ensure smooth traffic flow during the festival, organizers have coordinated with the Tongyeong Police Station, the Saemaeul Traffic Volunteers, and the city’s transportation department to minimize inconvenience for citizens as crowds gather in the Seopirang area.
