Seoul is preparing for the biggest stretch of its 2026 Spring Festival as the city launches a five-day “Super Week” from May 1 to 5, turning the Han River into a nonstop stage for concerts, drone spectacles, road shows, and large-scale public activities.

The festival’s headline performance, the sold-out Wonder Show, takes place May 3 at Yeouido Hangang Park’s Mulbit Plaza, featuring a full crossover production blending K-pop, Korean traditional music, classical orchestra, choir, dance, and live performance.

Additional marquee events continue throughout the holiday period, including Seoul Sound Wave on May 1, Seoul Jazz Festa on May 2, and a special Immortal Songs concert stage on May 4.

Beyond the stage shows, the Han River festival grounds are being transformed into a giant city playground. Visitors can join floating sports programs, carousel light shows, Hangang treasure hunts connecting seven ferry terminals, riverside camping, sunset parties, and immersive public installations spread across the waterfront.

Children’s Day on May 5 serves as the grand finale. Ttukseom Hangang Park hosts a massive Pokémon road show with thousands of participants, while Jamsil Hangang Park presents a 2,000-drone Star Wars light show over the river skyline.

Family races, costume parades, and themed public events are also scheduled throughout the day, making the holiday finale one of Seoul’s largest free outdoor spring celebrations.

More details and full schedules are available on the official festival website: Seoul Spring Festival Official Page.
