Spring flowers have begun blooming at Jinju’s “Pearl of the Forest” on Mount Wolasan, drawing visitors to the area as one of the region’s seasonal outing spots.

Clusters of daffodils planted along the main walking trails and around the Moonlight Garden have started to bloom, creating bright yellow displays that signal the arrival of spring.

The flowers are attracting increasing numbers of visitors looking to enjoy early spring scenery.

The blooming comes ahead of the area’s upcoming spring festival scheduled for the 28th. Along with daffodils, other seasonal flowers including magnolias, azaleas, and forsythia are beginning to open across the park, adding to the festive atmosphere.

Walking paths lined with daffodils have become especially popular with visitors, offering scenic forest views and photo opportunities. Cherry blossoms in the nearby Jilmaejae area are also expected to bloom soon, which could create a colorful landscape combining daffodils and cherry blossoms.

The “Pearl of the Forest” is one of Jinju’s major forest recreation areas, featuring woodland parks, a natural recreation forest, forest sports facilities, and themed gardens. The site has become a popular destination for relaxation, nature experiences, and outdoor activities throughout the year.
