Busan Biennale 2026: Dissident Chorus @ Busan Museum of Contemporary Art & Former Busan Nam High School

One of Korea’s most important contemporary art events opens this week. The 2026 edition is titled ‘Dissident Chorus’ and runs through November 1 at the Busan Museum of Contemporary Art and the neighbouring historic former Busan Nam High School building. A major event for anyone interested in contemporary art.

Nuances: Archaeology of the Present @ Alliance Française Busan Art Space

A debut group exhibition from Nuances, a multidisciplinary collective of French-speaking artists living in South Korea.
