Yangsan Design Park Water Playground open through Aug. 23

Yangsan will open the Design Park Water Playground from July 10 to August 23, providing a free outdoor water play area for residents looking to escape the summer heat.

Located within Design Park in Mulgeum-eup, the 1,700㎡ facility features two multi-play water structures, a water tunnel, water showers, and other attractions designed for children.

Family-friendly amenities, including pergolas, Mongolian tents, restrooms, and a nursing room, are also available.

Adjacent to the playground, a shallow water rest area allows visitors to cool their feet, offering a relaxing space for parents and other visitors while children play.

The water playground will operate daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 15-minute break after every 45 minutes of operation. It will be closed every Thursday for maintenance and cleaning, and admission is free.

Lifeguards and support staff will be on site throughout the operating period, while regular facility inspections and water quality monitoring will be carried out to help ensure a safe environment for visitors.
