Busan’s iconic Yeongdo Bridge will host its annual Night Bridge Opening every Saturday from August 1 to August 29, giving visitors a chance to see the historic drawbridge raised after sunset.

The free event runs from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. around Yeongdo Bridge and Yurari Plaza, with the bridge lifting from 8 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. each evening.

Visitors can also enjoy a photo booth with the bridge as a backdrop and a fortune-telling experience in nearby Jeombachi Alley.

The bridge opening may be canceled in the event of severe weather, and visitors are encouraged to use public transportation as parking is limited.
