Nampoong, located on the third floor of the main building of the Paradise Hotel, has introduced a seasonal menu item called Cold Jjamppong (Naengjjamppong), designed to offer a chilled alternative to the typically hot and spicy Korean-Chinese dish.

This variation features seafood and thinly shaved ice in a cold broth, with a house-made sauce enhancing the flavor.

The dish is accompanied by a dim sum selection (two types) and a choice of either boiled beef shank slices or seafood jellyfish salad.

The cold jjamppong is presented with a combination of traditional and modern elements, incorporating local ingredients and chilled presentation to reflect changing seasonal dining preferences.
