When it’s hot, chilly, or rainy outside, the idea of finding a place where kids can play freely while parents unwind sounds like a dream. Fortunately, there is a perfect solution as Korea has the abundance of fun kids’ cafés! These kid-friendly havens allow parents to enjoy relaxing time and savoring beverages and food while their little ones enjoy the fun play zones.

For those living near Camp Humphreys, here are three fantastic kids’ cafés to check out!

Little Chief

Located inside of AK Plaza Mall, this cafe used to be called “Doctor Balance” but recently changed its name. It is easily accessible from Pyeongtaek Station and you can also enjoy shopping and other activities at the mall when you visit the cafe. Little Chief offers a variety of play zones, including a costume-fitting room where kids can transform into movie characters and a fishing zone where they can catch toy fishes. Pasta, tteokbokki, corn dogs and more are on the menu, and free iced tea and coffee for the parents. Parking at the mall is free for up to four hours, and children aged 0-12 years old are allowed to enter the play area.
