Momoyama, the Japanese restaurant at Lotte Hotel Busan, is offering a seasonal summer meal focused on traditional ingredients believed to support health during the hotter months.

The multi-course offering, priced at 200,000 won, includes:

  • Five small appetizers

  • Four kinds of seasonal assorted sashimi

  • Duck shabu-shabu

  • Freshwater eel rice with spicy croaker stew

  • Dessert

The special menu will be available through August 31, 2025 and reservations are encouraged.
