KUNSAN AIR BASE, Republic of Korea -- The U.S. Air Force 8th Medical Group and U.S. Army 3-2 General Support Aviation Battalion conducted a joint medical evacuation training during Beverly Pack 23-3, Sept. 21, 2023.

The training event was designed to equip both units with the foundational skills necessary to seamlessly integrate in a contingency operation. 8th MDG Airmen were familiarized with litter-load protocols, the procedures necessary to evacuate patients, and medical equipment aboard a U.S. Army CH-47 Chinook.

As a part of Beverly Pack 23-3, 8th MDG Airmen were tested and evaluated through all stages of the joint medevac training with the 3-2D GSAB to ensure they are properly postured and ready to deliver medical care under contingency operations and keep the Wolf Pack ready to ‘Fight Tonight!’
