Suyeong District Office has announced traffic restrictions for the upcoming “2025 Gwangalli Car-Free Cultural Street” program, which will take place throughout the summer.

From July 5 to August 31, every Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 pm to 11:30 pm, a section of the road stretching from the Gwangalli SUP Zone intersection to Mannam Square will be closed to vehicles.

The measure is part of a pedestrian-friendly initiative to turn the popular Gwangalli Beach area into a vibrant cultural space free from vehicle traffic.

The goal is to promote public events and performances in a safe and walkable environment during the busy summer season.

Authorities have advised that traffic control start times may vary slightly, and that unauthorized vehicles entering the restricted zone during the closure period may be subject to towing or fines.
