The city of Busan will designate some 18.8 million square meters of land around the Nakdong River estuary including Eulsukdo Island and Maekdo Ecological Park as the nation’s first national city park.
For the designation, the city has hired a service for establishing basic and city management plans and will form a public-private consultative body.
