Seoul Botanic Park (Seoul Metropolitan Government)
“The Botanic Garden is an Art Museum – Plants Monet Loved” runs July 26 to August 10 with exhibits, tours, and creative workshops
This summer, Seoul Botanic Park invites visitors to step into the artistic world of Claude Monet with its seasonal exhibition, “The Botanic Garden is an Art Museum – Plants Monet Loved,” running from July 26 (Sat) to August 10 (Sun).
The exhibition showcases a vibrant display of flowers featured in Monet’s works — including water lilies, irises, sunflowers, geraniums, and willows — across indoor and outdoor garden spaces.
Highlights include a recreation of Monet’s home and garden in Giverny, allowing guests to experience the natural beauty that inspired his iconic impressionist paintings.
Visitors can enjoy interactive programs like drawing, coloring, guided tours, and a stamp rally, along with a chance to win small gifts.
A second exhibition, “Our Nature, Planetary Coexistence,” will run concurrently, exploring the relationship between humans, art, and ecology.
Advance reservations for select programs are available via yeyak.seoul.go.kr.
