Geoje City has implemented an interpretation service for foreign citizens to solve civil complaints due to language barriers and provide prompt and accurate civil petition services.

Accordingly, Geoje City will appoint an employee with excellent foreign language skills as an interpreter, and cooperate with the Geoje Multicultural Center to provide phone or door-to-door interpretation services when visiting foreigners who have difficulty communicating.
Three languages (English, Japanese, and Chinese) are supported, and foreign language translation booklets are also provided to help foreigners handle civil applications.
