Gasan Supia is a garden theme park known for its beautiful pink muhly that bloom each fall. The park is within driving distance from the bases in Daegu and offers year-round enjoyment. Gasan Supia has many activities for the entire family, including gardens featuring a variety of flora, a craft workshop center, an art gallery and more. There’s even an alpaca farm where you can see and feed the curious creatures up close.

The seasonal events at the park also make it worth visits throughout the year. In the summer, they have a swimming pool to cool off in and in the winter, spend the day sledding.

Please note that bringing outside food and pets is prohibited. There are restaurants and cafés in the garden for your convenience.

Things to do

- Capturing photos with seasonal flowers The garden is famous for its diverse seasonal flowers and plants, including cherry blossoms in spring, sunflowers in summer, and cosmos and pink muhly in autumn. In particular, several gardens beautifully boast pink muhly grass fields, so make sure to snap photos with these beautiful backdrops.

Recommended course to enjoy flowers: Sky Garden, Ground Café, Summer Cypress Garden, Red Clay Garden, Pink Muhly Hill, and Sunset Hill

- Exploring the Dinosaur Garden The garden’s vivid, life-sized dinosaur statues of Tyrannosaurus and Brachiosaurus never fail to amaze children. There are numerous photo spots and a sand playground where kids can enjoy excavating to find dinosaur bones and fossils hidden in the sand.

- Playing with alpacas In Alpaca Land, you’ll encounter these adorable creatures freely roaming the farm. It’s a beloved destination by children, as they can feed and pet alpacas. Please note that there is a separate entrance fee. You can either purchase the Alpaca package pass (13,000 won) or pay an additional entrance fee (5,000 won).

- Enjoy unlimited rail sledding You can enjoy unlimited rides on the fun rail sleds when purchasing a rail sledding package pass (15,000 won.) It’s a great spot for kids. If you don’t purchase the rail sledding package pass, an additional fee of 10,000 won will be required for access to the rail sledding area.

If you plan to visit Alpaca Land and the rail sledding area together, it’s recommended to purchase the rail sledding package pass and pay 5,000 won for Alpaca Land separately.
