A new large-scale hotel, Lotte Hotel & Resort Gimhae, opened on October 8th in the Gyeongnam Gimhae Tourism Distribution Complex, providing a much-needed venue for events and family-friendly travel.
Located at 505 Jangyu-ro in Gimhae-si, the hotel is designed as a “Family Adventure Town,” offering diverse leisure activities and highlighting the rich cultural heritage of Geumgwan Gaya.
The eight-story hotel features 250 guest rooms in five categories — Royal, Presidential, Suite, Family, and Deluxe — and includes dedicated pet-friendly rooms and character suites for children.
Additional facilities include large and small banquet halls, a bridal waiting room, a wedding reception space, and outdoor amenities like glamping areas, barbecue sites, and a pet playground.
Guests can enjoy a variety of leisure options such as indoor and outdoor pools, golf practice ranges, and tennis courts. The dining offerings include the Korean-themed “Golden Gaya,” Cantonese restaurant “Jinhai,” and the “Bakery Café” for desserts.
Adjacent to the hotel, Lotte Garden Park, a vast 86,000㎡ green space with 76,000 trees and themed gardens, recently earned the Gyeongnam Province Green Award. Gimhae City plans to register the park as an official private garden, enhancing its role as a regional attraction.
Nearby, Lotte Premium Outlet Gimhae will also host special tourism events and promotions through the end of the year.
