(Gimhae City)

Gimhae City has opened an outdoor water park at the Jangyu Bugok-dong Resource Recycling Facility. The water park is open for free from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. every weekend through August 11th.

This facility includes a pool where children in the surrounding area can cool off during the hot summer days.

In addition to water play, the park offers hands-on activities such as handkerchief making and succulent planting, providing enjoyable experiences for parents as well.

This year, with the support of the Korea District Heating Corporation Gimhae Office, the Bugok Residents Support Council will host a talent show competition on August 10th, featuring a special stage for residents in the affected area.

Additionally, shelters, portable toilets, and other convenience facilities will be provided, along with safety personnel, to ensure the park is used safely and conveniently by all visitors.
