Starting in May, the City of Seoul is operating the Hipdok Hotspot Map, a nationwide platform that helps readers easily find outdoor reading spots, including open-air libraries, book clubs, and scenic reading locations.

The map provides integrated information on locations, hours, and seasonal schedules for outdoor libraries in Seoul and across the country, enhancing access to outdoor reading.

It also highlights features like the Nomad Reading Route, a mobile reading program that began with a “Moonlight Reading” event at Unhyeongung on May 9.

From June, citizens can submit their own favorite reading spots through social media, with selected places added to the map and prizes awarded for outstanding suggestions.

The Hipdok Hotspot Map is available for free on the Seoul Outdoor Library website.
