Yangsan City will hold a permanent mural exhibition titled “See with Your Eyes, Hold in Your Hands” at the Tongdosa Seongbo Museum from August 15 to October 29, 2025, as part of the World Heritage Utilization Program.
The exhibition uses modern digital video technology to recreate the rarely seen murals on Tongdosa Temple’s buildings. Visitors can view 10 vivid, animated mural displays that bring the temple’s hidden artworks to life.
As part of the event, attendees who join the exhibition’s promotional activities and survey will receive a lenticular photo card featuring images of the temple and its murals, which change depending on the viewing angle.
The program aims to highlight Tongdosa Temple’s historical significance and artistic value, offering visitors a deeper appreciation of this UNESCO World Heritage site.
