With the recent closing of Guess Who in Gwangalli, there are fewer options for a ground-floor large-sized terrace dining space to enjoy the views of the beach.
Bronx Brewing Co., located on the ground floor of the Homer’s Hotel, is a spacious and fairly reasonably priced dine-and-drink restaurant with a fantastic unobstructed view of the beach.
Great for people-watching, it’s a comfortable place to unwind after an afternoon on the beach though if loud music is not your thing, you may want to reconsider.
Their menu is quite limited, featuring a variety of chicken, pizza, and tacos, and I would say is flavored mostly to favor the Korean palate.
On a recent trip, I ordered their quesadillas which came with fries and while the meal was okay, it was a little bit too sweet with what tasted like a honey drizzle added to the fries and the tortilla wrap.
What appealed to our group, however, was the all-you-can-drink craft beer special for 16,900 won which I thought was a great deal.
For two hours, you can enjoy eight different kinds of craft beer anytime during their operating hours any day except Saturday.
It does need to be noted that for this deal, everyone at your table must order that special.
They also have a variety of other beverages as well if beer is not your preferred drink.
Overall, it’s a good place to check out and enjoy the views of the beach and bridge if you’re looking for a place to go and relax.
