(Samjin Fish Cake)
Samjin Fish Cake has announced the extension of its popular rooftop pop-up bar, Samjin Pocha, which was initially set to conclude last month.
Now entering Season 3, the venue will operate until November 9 with a revamped menu featuring new seasonal additions.
Located on the third-floor rooftop of a building overlooking Gwangalli Beach, Samjin Pocha has been a favorite among both domestic and international visitors since its opening in June last year.
Its prime location offers stunning views of Gwangalli Beach and Gwangan Bridge, making it a hotspot for spectators of the Busan Fireworks Festival and the weekly drone show.
The latest menu renewal introduces Spicy Bean Sprout Fish Cake Soup alongside the original Samjin Fish Cake Soup, which highlights premium fish cakes and multteok.
Returning fan-favorites include fish cake udon, fish cake noodles, tteokbokki, fish cake hot bars, crispy chips, sundae ramen, and the seasonal snowflake bingsu.
A highlight of this season is the addition of ‘Matdasi’, a versatile sauce designed to complement all Samjin Pocha’s side dishes.
The snowflake bingsu, featured as a summer special, is made with a traditional red bean and bingsu recipe from Baekro Anggeum’s ‘Pig Patbingsu’, a well-known local Busan brand.
Samjin Pocha also offers an extensive selection of unlimited alcoholic beverages, catering to the MZ generation’s preferences.
Guests can enjoy drinks such as Baekhwasubok, Cheongha, Cass, Jipyeongsaeng Makgeolli, Bonnydalbam, Gangali, Daesun Soju, Cherry Blossom Ju, and Sahwa Yuja.
The Cherry Blossom Ju is being introduced at Samjin Pocha for the first time this spring, while Sahwa Yuja, made from 100% domestic yuja from Geoje, Gyeongnam, delivers a balance of refreshing citrus aroma and soft sweetness.
These beverages, particularly the Cherry Blossom Wine, are expected to gain popularity as highly photogenic, shareable content on social media.
