Momoyama’s seasonal menu

(Lotte Hotel Busan)

Lotte Hotel Busan’s Japanese restaurant, Momoyama, is currently serving a seasonal spring menu available through the end of April.

The limited-time offering includes two separate meal sets, each highlighting seasonal ingredients, including a traditional mugwort soup made with dodari (flounder).

Running through April 30, the first menu option is a full Spring Special Course priced at 195,000 won, which features a multi-course meal including an appetizer, suimono (clear broth), and four types of seasonal sashimi, along with other dishes.

The second option is a Dodari Mugwort Soup Set priced at 97,000 won, which includes sashimi, grilled fish, and other side dishes built around the mugwort-based soup.

Both menus aim to incorporate spring ingredients and showcase seasonal Japanese cuisine, but come with premium pricing.

Reservations are recommended, and the menu is only available during the promotion period.
