Park Hyatt Busan’s signature Italian restaurant, Living Room, has launched a new seasonal menu to celebrate the flavors of fall.
Available for both lunch and dinner, the curated offerings highlight the rich, seasonal ingredients of the autumn harvest, paired with breathtaking views from the 31st floor of the hotel.
The fall menu introduces two distinct dining experiences: the ‘Stazione Autunno’ lunch course and the ‘Mare & Monti’ dinner course, both designed to showcase authentic Italian cuisine with a contemporary twist.
The ‘Stazione Autunno’ lunch course is a three-course menu that begins with a trio of appetizers, featuring house-cured salmon, Parma ham paired with figs, and a traditional Bolognese ragu, accompanied by a delicate pumpkin soup.
For the main course, guests can choose between classic Italian options such as freshly made pasta or an oven-baked pizza.
For those seeking a more indulgent option, grilled sirloin or sea bream can be added for an additional 25,000 KRW. The meal concludes with a traditional Tiramisu, offering a sweet finish to a hearty lunch.
For dinner, Living Room presents the ‘Mare & Monti’ course, available in either a three- or four-course format. The three-course menu begins with Tonnato, a dish of grilled sirloin served with a creamy tuna mayonnaise sauce. The main course and dessert mirror the lunch menu’s offerings, allowing guests to choose between the premium Italian pasta, pizza, or enhanced options such as sirloin or sea bream.
The four-course Mare & Monti elevates the experience by adding a luxurious seasonal truffle mushroom risotto, brimming with the earthy flavors of autumn, and a sea bream crudo that captures the fresh essence of the sea. The meal concludes with a panna cotta dessert, showcasing the vibrant and refreshing flavors of seasonal fruit.
The Stazione Autunno lunch course is served from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., while the Mare & Monti dinner course is available from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
