Traditional Korean Barbecue Course (Hotel Nongshim)
A new dining course at Naedang, a Korean restaurant known for its traditional approach to local cuisine, offers a diverse tasting menu focused on grilled meats and seafood.
Priced at 85,000 won per person, the “Naedang Barbecue Special Course” is served in a multi-course format that emphasizes both variety and seasonality.
The meal begins with a selection of smaller dishes such as porridge, seasonal kimchi, romaine salad, and chilled marinated seafood.
These are followed by two sets of barbecued dishes, one featuring three cuts of beef (tenderloin, sirloin, and LA-style short ribs) and another with grilled seafood such as squid, abalone, and octopus.
Vegetable side dishes, grilled items, and traditional soup and rice are also included, rounding out the meal.
Diners finish with fruit and tea, staying in line with a customary Korean course-style experience. The restaurant specifies that the set is for parties of two or more and notes that ingredients may vary depending on seasonal availability.
Located at the Hotel Nongshim in Dongnae, Naedang continues to offer traditional-style dining at a time when Korean food culture is balancing innovation with heritage.
It is available only during the week and may finish early depending upon supplies.
The offer is valid through June 30th.
