water playgrounds

(Jinju City)

Jinju City will operate 11 water play facilities from July through the end of August to help citizens stay cool during the summer.

The city’s five water playgrounds and six fountains will be open free of charge, offering accessible and safe recreation for families with children.

The five designated water playgrounds—Mulchoul Park, Geumhoji Waterside Theme Park, Dorae Saemi Park, Gajwa Kkumcholong Park, and Jinyangho Park—will require advance reservations.

For all but Jinyangho Park, reservations can be made through the Jinju City Hall website. Jinyangho Park reservations must be completed through its dedicated website.

The six fountains—Pyeonggeo Green Zone, Namgaram Park, Chojeon Mulbit Park, Mulchoul Park, Narae Park, and Hope Square—will operate on a first-come, first-served basis with on-site registration.

All 11 sites will close every Tuesday for maintenance and cleaning to ensure safe and pleasant use for all visitors.
