Wolf Pack responds to dynamic active shooter training

Master Sgt. William Jorgenson, assigned to the 8th Security Forces Squadron, poses as an active shooter during a routine training event at Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Aug. 26, 2021. The 8th Fighter Wing Inspector General team organized the event to test base first responders in an active shooter scenario. The 8th SFS’ defenders and Military Working Dog team, the 8th Civil Engineer Squadron firefighters, the 8th Medical Group ambulance service technicians and the Air Force Office of Special Investigations Detachment 613 responded to the scene, neutralized the simulated suspects, treated simulated victims and searched the scene for further threats.
