Busan Concert Hall has officially launched its dedicated website, providing an integrated platform for ticket reservations, venue rental, and academy schedules.

The new website aims to offer users a convenient and seamless experience in accessing classical music performances and services in Busan.

The platform is designed with a responsive web technology framework, ensuring accessibility across PCs, mobile devices, and tablets. Users can navigate through key sections, including Performances, Grand Hall, Academy, Classic Busan Updates, Customer Center, and Organizational Information, making it easy to find relevant content.

For enhanced convenience, the website introduces a mobile ticketing service, eliminating concerns over lost tickets. Visitors can gain entry using only their smartphones, with barcode scanning for quick verification, significantly reducing waiting times at the entrance.

Additionally, an online rental application service has been implemented to streamline the hall reservation process. Applicants can submit requests within the designated period and track selection results and application status in real-time, simplifying the rental procedure.

The website will also serve as a hub for performance updates, including detailed schedules and ticket release dates.

The inaugural performances, led by Artistic Director Myung-whun Chung on June 20, followed by recitals by Jo Seong-jin on June 22 and Sunwoo Yekwon on June 23, highlight the launch of this new classical music venue.

Busan residents can now access the official website in both Korean (classicbusan.busan.go.kr) and English (classicbusan.busan.go.kr/Home/en/Main).
