Fiotto: A refined Italian restaurant that has maintained its Michelin star for consistent excellence and is also awarded a Michelin Green Star for sustainable practices in its cuisine and operations.

Palette (Nam-gu): Known for its contemporary Korean and fusion creations, Palette delivers thoughtful flavor combinations and a modern dining atmosphere worthy of a Michelin recommendation.

In addition, Sogong-Gan, though not Michelin-starred, is widely praised by diners for its elegant, minimalist course meals using premium local ingredients. Signature dishes like morille mushrooms, buckwheat noodles, and Korean beef receive particular acclaim.

Also don’t forget to check out Piggy Bistro in Haeundae, with arguably the best western food and steak in the city, with a nice wine and whisky selection as well as friendly ambiance.
