Time to get in the mud again in Boryeong!
This year, alongside the popular Boryeong Mud Festival, organizers are also presenting an exhibition with the theme of “Rediscovery of the ocean, the future value of the mud” to promote the benefits of mud and expand the ocean industry.
The festival and exhibit are set to run from July 16 through Aug. 15, officials announced. Leading up to July 16, you’ll see many events and promotional videos featuring some of Korea’s popular celebrities, including K-Pop group BTOB, actress Sunwoo Yong-nyeo, Moon Hee-kyung, comedian Nam Hee-Seok, and rock singer Park Sang-min, who are exhibit ambassadors.
Both events will feature a variety of ocean-related booths, hands-on experiences, and events for visitors to enjoy.
