The Busan-Tsushima ferry route, which was suspended in April 2020 due to COVID-19, will open on the 25th.
Panstar Group’s high-speed passenger ship ‘Panstar Tsushima Link’ and Starline’s ‘Ninaho’ will start trial operations on the route between Busan and Hitakatsu, Tsushima, Japan, from the 25th.
At the request of Tsushima City, it operates one round trip on weekends, and on Mondays, it operates one one-way flight to transport passengers returning home after visiting Tsushima.
At this time, it departs from Busan without picking up passengers.
For the time being, at the request of the city of Tsushima, it plans to operate with 100 passengers.
The trial operation, which limits the number of trips and the number of people on board, is in accordance with the policy of the Tsushima city government in consideration of local medical conditions.
Afterwards, it plans to operate normally, taking into consideration the situation of CIQ (Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine) related institutions, the rate of occupancy of beds in local hospitals, and the number of sickbeds.
