The first-phase lineup for the opening ceremony, “Seoul Wondershow,” which will take place on April 30 at the Seoul World Cup Stadium has been released.
K-pop sensations NCT WISH, THE BOYZ, and n.SSign are slated to perform, with a second-phase lineup to be announced in March.
Seoul Spring Festa will span from April 30 to May 6 across various venues including Seoul Plaza, Gwanghwamun Plaza, and Deoksugung Street.
The opening day will feature the “Seoul Wondershow,” a comprehensive multimedia spectacle that combines K-pop performances with dynamic dance routines, laser displays, and a drone show.
In response to the high international interest, the opening ceremony will be broadcast live on KBS YouTube (KBS Kpop) and later recorded for global airing in 137 countries via KBS World.
Following the pre-sale, main ticket sales will commence at noon on the 4th of next month through the Seoul Spring Festa website.
Although admission is free, a separate printing fee applies—2,000 won domestically (and internationally) with an additional 6,000 won fee for foreign passport verification.
The pre-sale for tickets to the opening ceremony of Seoul Spring Festa, held daily at noon from the 11th for five days, sold out in just one to two minutes each day.
Remarkably, 46% of the tickets were purchased by international fans, underscoring the event’s global appeal.
It is important to note that if a ticket purchase is canceled, the printing fee will not be refunded, and sales will close once the initial 3,000 tickets are sold out.
For those eager to experience the festival beyond the opening ceremony, a large-scale night running event called “Seoul Roadshow” is scheduled for May 3.
This event will have participants running from Seoul Plaza through iconic locations such as Gwanghwamun, Gyeongbokgung, and the Blue House, all while enjoying the city’s dazzling night view and an EDM concert.
Reservations for the Seoul Roadshow will be available in mid-March on the festival’s website.
