(Taehwagang National Garden)
Ulsan’s Taehwagang National Garden is welcoming spring in full bloom with a vibrant seasonal makeover, drawing crowds to its newly installed flower-themed photo zone in front of the Information Center.
According to Ulsan City, the large floral sculpture featuring a flower ring has quickly become a popular photo spot for both locals and tourists.
The spring flower zone was installed on March 28 to offer a unique visual experience and serve as a symbolic landmark for the upcoming 2028 Ulsan International Garden Expo.
The centerpiece is a grand flower ring sculpture crafted from colorful spring blooms such as impatiens, daisies, and pansies, offering visitors a chance to immerse themselves in the season’s floral scents.
Positioned with the rainbow fountain as a picturesque backdrop, this year’s installation covers a broader area than in previous years and incorporates an array of spring flowers and decorative foliage.
The larger-scale display has been met with enthusiastic feedback from visitors, who are flocking to the garden for both its beauty and photo opportunities.
Ulsan City has announced that this seasonal attraction is part of a larger plan to solidify the city’s identity as a “garden city.”
Similar flower sculptures will be installed throughout the year—featuring seasonal blooms not only during spring but also at the fall festival and other key moments—to continuously enrich the garden experience and promote the city’s horticultural appeal.
