Yangsan Design Park (Yangsan City)

Yangsan Design Park has quickly become a favorite summer retreat for city residents.

The Water Park at Design Park, which opened on July 12 and operated for 45 days, concluded its successful season on August 25.

Offering amenities comparable to professional water parks, including two combination play platforms, water buckets, and showers, the facility attracted an average of 708 visitors daily, with a total of 27,600 visitors — marking a 77% increase from the previous year.

The park’s free access, daily safety inspections, and presence of qualified safety officers and nursing staff ensured a safe and enjoyable experience for families.

Additionally, the ‘Yellow Clay Barefoot Trail,’ introduced in June, has emerged as a summer healing spot.

Nestled in the shaded forest, the 550-meter trail offers a cool retreat from the summer heat, attracting about 1,000 visitors daily.

Yangsan City plans further enhancements, including dusters and the planting of 5,400 autumn flowers, to continue offering citizens a refreshing and health-focused escape.
